Your ZaZa Bucks may be redeemed at Hotel ZaZa Houston or Hotel ZaZa Dallas in either Monarch, Dragonfly, Poolside, ZaSpa or room service. ZaZa Bucks have no cash value. Change will not be given and ZaZa Buck redemption does not include gratuity. All ZaZa Bucks issued within the ZIP program will expire one year after the date issued.

Your ZIP rewards complimentary room nights may be redeemed at either Hotel ZaZa Houston or Hotel ZaZa Dallas. The ZIP complimentary room reward is valid for a Standard King Room (Grande in Houston and Deluxe in Dallas) only and is based on availability. An E -Certificate must be redeemed in advance by logging into your membership online account. The complimentary certificate must also be approved at time of booking (direct call in only) and presented upon check-in. Certificates cannot be redeemed for reservations without prior notice. Select black-out dates apply and may vary from one property to the next. Complimentary certificates have no cash value and may not be applied to upgrading of a room type or suite larger than the standard room.

Reservations made with a discount or through a third party including but not limited to the following: Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com, Priceline, Tablet Hotels, Orbitz, etc are not eligible for ZIP reward points. ZIP points are rewarded on a per stay basis as opposed to a per night, per dollar or per room basis. Consecutive or overlapping reservations are considered a single stay. Brokering of rooms will not be permitted or rewarded.

By enrolling in our ZIP program, you are also opting into our Email Club program. Hotel ZaZa reserves the right to discontinue or modify the ZIP benefits at any time or without notice. Although we will make every attempt, we cannot guarantee that your ZIP welcome amenity will be delivered.
